Week 9 - Initial questions
Organization: Central Pennsylvania Food Bank Team members Dacey MacMinn, Penny Williams, Isaiah Sullivan Set up a day and time to meet regularly once a week, for check-ins. We plan to meet in person on Wednesday or Thursdays (or both) at 7pm As a backup, we can meet on Sunday after 3 pm. We plan to meet in person, but if needed, we will be calling on the phone, zoom, discord, etc. if in-person can't be done. We will talk primarily through a group chat on messages between meetings Select a team coordinator/leader. Dacey MacMinn Decide how you will resolve any conflicts For resolving conflict, we believe it depends on the type. If we are having issues with communication and/or getting in contact with each other, emailing Nancy would be the solution and, most likely, the best solution to this conflict.
