Week 9 - Initial questions

- Set up a day and time to meet regularly once a week, for check-ins.
- We plan to meet in person on Wednesday or Thursdays (or both) at 7pm
- As a backup, we can meet on Sunday after 3 pm.
- We plan to meet in person, but if needed, we will be calling on the phone, zoom, discord, etc. if in-person can't be done.
- We will talk primarily through a group chat on messages between meetings

- Decide how you will resolve any conflicts
- For resolving conflict, we believe it depends on the type. If we are having issues with communication and/or getting in contact with each other, emailing Nancy would be the solution and, most likely, the best solution to this conflict.
- As for another conflict, trying to talk it over and maybe get an outside perspective on a topic to come to a solution would work the best. If outside sources and perspectives are not available, then we plan to do a voting system since we are a group of three, it would never end in a tie or doing rock, paper, or scissors. We also discussed making a pros and cons list of what we think or how we think we could go about a process so that we can get work done in the most effective way possible.
