Central PA Food Bank doesn’t just have a board of directors, but they also have a leadership team. This team consists of 23 individuals, 17 of whom are board of director members, and Joe Arthur has been the Executive Director since 2012. Overall, the team is active since they are working with the organization every day meetings, on the other hand, happen on a bi-weekly basis. It does depend on the operational needs and the issues that are presented if immediate attention is needed.
